Information for the next step.
The public pages cover the team, coaches, tournament dates, and tryout registration. Keeping those pieces together gives visitors a route from learning about the program to finding the form.

A connection behind the form.
Google Forms responses sync into the program's records through an Apps Script connection. The integration links the submitted registration information to the records used by the program.
This combines two parts of a website project: the information visitors see and the handoff after someone submits a form.
A useful pattern for registration work.
For a team, program, or event, the form is one part of the process. The destination of its responses matters too. Starting with both sides helps define the public page, the information being collected, and the connection to the working records.
The images here show public pages. Registration responses and private program records are not displayed.
